Come to Valencia, come to MTV Winter 2011

The MTV Winter Festival is returning to Valencia on 12thMarch. The City of Arts and Sciences will be hosting performances by My Chemical Romance and Sum 41, who will be taking part in this free concert alongside the DJ Sets of Orbital and Groove Armada, and the Valencian group The Welcome Dynasty.
The stage, located underneath the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, will become a 26x12 m platform, open to the public, with a 45 m wide screen projecting a visual show. This spectacular montage means that the entire City of Arts and Sciences complex will be part of the concert staging.

With over 8 million records sold, My Chemical Romance is arriving in Valencia with a fantastic proposal, a complete tour of their career which you can enjoy at the MTV Winter Festival. The Canadian band Sum 41, which flew the flag of colourful punk pop in the early noughties, will also be arriving in the city on the River Turia ready to make a great impression.

Orbital creates innovative and accessible electro music and has also gained great respect for their extraordinary live shows, in which the visual aspect is just as important as the sound. One of the surprises in store this evening will be the performance by Welcome Dynasty, the group that won the Winter Music competition, claiming the title from over a hundred other hopefuls.
