Valencia, hosting the World Inline Cup
On 16th and 17th April Valencia will be hosting the World Inline Cup. This event will feature races for elite, affiliated and amateur category teams, bringing together over 5000 skaters.
The most important inline skating competition in the world will be taking place on the Formula 1 circuit, around the America's Cup Port; two days to enjoy the technique and dizzying speeds reached by the world's best skaters.
Valencia will be the only Spanish city to hold one of the elite category races in this World Cup. A total of 33 teams will be arriving in Valencia to take part in the competition and earn points for the world championship. The Region of Valencia will not be entering a team, although there will be other representatives from the Region competing individually, such as the Valencian Eugenio Landete, one of the best speed skaters in the country.
